Why cognitive behavioural therapy?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a practical, evidence-based approach that helps us understand how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are all connected. Often, when we feel anxious, low, or overwhelmed, it’s not just what’s happening around us that affects how we feel — it’s also the way we interpret and respond to those experiences.
